In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the jkt99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jkt99 strictly prohibits the use of its Services by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification (KYC) will be conducted prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with jkt99 or any affiliated platform, and must not be subject to any active cooling-off or exclusion period.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapable are not eligible to use the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of jkt99 or its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment providers.
• You must have a genuine understanding of the games you choose to play and acknowledge that all forms of gambling involve inherent financial risk.

To access the full range of jkt99 Services, you must register a single personal Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and ongoing Account management:

1. One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, email address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2. Accurate information: You must provide complete, truthful, and current information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jkt99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4. KYC verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, jkt99 will require you to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method may also be required.
5. Account non-transferability: Your Account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or grant access to your Account to any third party under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on the jkt99 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Channel availability is subject to change without notice.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
• jkt99 targets deposit crediting within 30 seconds of confirmed payment receipt. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to delays on the part of the relevant payment provider.
• jkt99 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of same-business-day for requests submitted before 21:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Requests submitted after this cut-off are processed on the following business day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawal requests are not permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. jkt99 reserves the right to request additional documentation if transaction patterns trigger internal fraud-detection protocols.
• jkt99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Balances derived from active bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

jkt99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus offered by jkt99 carries a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's detail page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each offer.
• One bonus per household / device / IP: Promotional offers are limited to one per Member, household, device, and shared IP address. Attempting to claim multiple instances of the same promotion using duplicate accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while live casino games, sportsbook bets, and other products may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates for each product are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active on your Account, maximum bet limits apply. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bet limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire automatically after the validity period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• jkt99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable. Where a bonus has already been credited to your Account, your accrued rights in respect of that specific bonus are not affected by a subsequent change to the offer terms.

The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the jkt99 Platform, across all product verticals including sportsbook, live casino, slot games, sabung ayam, and poker tournaments:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live-dealer games and sportsbook, by real-world event results. jkt99 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in its own favour beyond the published house edge or margin for each product.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or game software failure — jkt99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Member's Balance. No claim for winnings arising from a malfunctioning game round will be honoured.
• For sportsbook products, bet settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; the relevant e-sports tournament operator for MPL, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile markets). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, jkt99's decision — informed by the relevant governing body's ruling — is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all game types and are displayed within the game interface or market listing at the time of placing a bet. These limits may be adjusted for individual Members at jkt99's sole discretion where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Participation in jkt99 poker tournaments is subject to the tournament-specific rules published on the tournament lobby page. General poker rules follow standard international Texas Hold'em and Omaha conventions unless stated otherwise.

jkt99 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all Members. We provide a suite of tools designed to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss limits: You may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined rolling period. Once the threshold is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session time reminders: You may configure on-screen reminders that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: You may request a temporary suspension of your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your Account cannot be used to place bets, claim bonuses, or make deposits.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in place, jkt99 will not accept any request to reinstate the Account for the duration of the exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jkt99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the forfeiture of your Balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual in opening a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown system error are void and will be deducted from your Balance.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting across duplicate accounts, collusion with other Members to exploit promotional offers, and the systematic exploitation of low-edge games during bonus wagering.
• Accessing the Platform via automated bots, scripts, or any software tool not approved by jkt99 for the purpose of placing bets without human intervention.
• Colluding with other players in poker tournaments or any other multi-player game format.
• Placing bets on your own behalf using inside knowledge — for example, placing sportsbook bets on events where you have direct influence over the outcome.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jkt99 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

All content on the jkt99 Platform — including but not limited to the jkt99 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of jkt99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from jkt99.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the jkt99 brand name, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes, including advertising, marketing, or resale.
• Systematically extract or scrape data from the Platform using automated tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jkt99 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where jkt99 has implemented reasonable security measures and where the breach resulted from your own failure to secure your login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider outages, or any other circumstance beyond jkt99's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match data, or promotional communications.
• Any losses — financial or otherwise — that arise as a consequence of your gambling activity on the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and all Members participate entirely at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits jkt99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful.

jkt99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to the Account.
• Detection of duplicate Account activity or identity fraud.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any Balance in the Account will be held by jkt99 during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the Balance — less any promotional credits that have not yet met wagering requirements — will be made available for withdrawal. Where a breach is confirmed, jkt99 reserves the right to forfeit the Balance in accordance with these Terms.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Balance (net of unsatisfied wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

jkt99 is an international entertainment platform. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jkt99's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to jkt99's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body, in English, with the proceedings conducted remotely where practicable.

Nothing in this clause prevents jkt99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests or intellectual property rights.

jkt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jkt99 will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to close your Account, contact our support team to arrange the return of your available Balance.

Changes to bonus-specific terms will be communicated on the relevant promotion page and will not retroactively affect bonuses that have already been credited to your Account and are actively being wagered.
